1. Who We Are

Polsh AI is a design improvement tool that helps people polish websites generated by AI builders. We are operated as an independent product. You can contact us at akshatchannel899@gmail.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Polsh AI:

  • • Account information: name, email address, and profile data provided when you sign up via Clerk (our authentication provider).
  • • Project data: HTML code you import, CSS overrides you apply, design scores, notes, and project settings stored in your workspace.
  • • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns for product improvement.
  • • Payment information: billing details handled entirely by Stripe; we never store your card numbers.
  • • AI conversation data: messages you send to the AI design co-pilot, which are processed by Groq's API using the Llama 4 Scout model.
  • • GitHub Personal Access Tokens (PATs): If you use the GitHub export feature, you provide a PAT. This token is stored only locally in your browser's localStorage and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

3. Third-Party Services We Use

Polsh AI relies on the following third-party services to function:

Clerk (Authentication)

We use Clerk to handle user sign-up, sign-in, and session management. Clerk processes your email address and profile information. See Clerk's Privacy Policy.

Supabase (Database)

Your projects, CSS overrides, design scores, and workspace data are stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL). Data is stored on servers in the United States. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.

Groq API (AI Processing)

Design suggestions, CSS generation, and AI co-pilot responses are powered by the Groq API running the Llama 4 Scout model. Messages you send to the AI assistant, along with context about your project (site HTML, design score), are transmitted to Groq's servers for processing. Groq may retain this data per their data handling policies. See Groq's Privacy Policy. We send only the first 50,000 characters of your site's HTML as context.

Stripe (Payments)

Credit pack purchases are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles all payment card data; we never see or store your full payment details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Vercel (Hosting)

Polsh AI is hosted on Vercel. Server logs including IP addresses and request metadata are retained by Vercel per their infrastructure policies. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

GitHub (Export Integration)

When you use the "Push to GitHub" feature, Polsh AI interacts with the GitHub API to update files in your repositories. This process uses the Personal Access Token you provide, which is handled locally by your browser. See GitHub's Privacy Statement.

4. How We Use Your Data

  • • To provide and operate the Polsh AI service
  • • To power the AI design co-pilot with context about your project
  • • To process payments and manage credit packs
  • • To authenticate you and keep your account secure
  • • To improve the product based on aggregated usage patterns
  • • To send you service-related communications (no marketing without consent)

5. Data Retention

We retain your project data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your projects at any time from the dashboard. To request full account deletion, email akshatchannel899@gmail.com.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also object to certain processing or request data portability. Contact us at akshatchannel899@gmail.com to exercise these rights.

7. Children

Polsh AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
