It takes sites built with tools like Lovable, Bolt, v0, Cursor, Base44, or any AI website builder, and transforms them into polished, professional-looking sites. You import your site, get an instant design score out of 100, apply premium CSS themes, and export a finished website.
Does Polsh AI work with AI website builders like Lovable, Bolt, or v0?
Yes! Polsh AI is built specifically to bridge the 'AI generation gap'. It takes the structural HTML generated by tools like Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, v0, Base44, Windsurf, Replit, or Framer AI, and applies premium, distinctive design systems to them. You can import by URL or paste your code directly. You can even push your polished designs directly back to your GitHub repositories.
Is Polsh AI free to use?
Every feature is completely free to use, including the AI design copilot, design scoring, premium themes, layout generation, and click-to-edit inspector. You only pay for export credits when you are ready to download your polished CSS/HTML or sync to GitHub. Export credits start at $1 each and never expire.
How is Polsh AI different from other AI website builders?
Polsh AI doesn't build websites from scratch. It refines them. While tools like Lovable and Bolt generate the structure, Polsh AI adds the design polish: scoring your site against professional design principles, generating custom theme suggestions, and providing an AI copilot that writes CSS for you. Think of it as the 'last mile' for AI-generated websites.
Why do some elements look broken or disappear in the Polsh AI preview?
This is a normal artifact of our secure workspace preview and will not affect your live site. To protect your session, the preview runs in a sandboxed iframe which may block certain JavaScript animations. Additionally, we apply 'branding protection' in the editor to prevent the AI from accidentally hiding your logos, which can sometimes make transparent logos look like white boxes. Lastly, relative image paths (like `<img src='/logo.png'>`) may not load in the preview because it isn't running on your actual domain. When you export your design and apply it to your live site, all your original functionality, images, and brand elements will work perfectly with the new styling.
What is an export credit?
Each export credit lets you download a complete CSS or HTML file, or sync your design directly to a GitHub repository. All other features, like design scoring, AI copilot, themes, and layouts, are completely free to use. You only use a credit when you are ready to ship your final design. Credits stack and never expire.
What AI model powers Polsh AI?
Polsh AI uses Llama 4 Scout via Groq for blazing-fast, real-time design suggestions and CSS generation. This allows the AI co-pilot to analyze your code and generate custom styles almost instantly.
How does the GitHub Sync export work?
When you are happy with your polished design, you can choose to export via GitHub. You'll need to provide a GitHub Personal Access Token (PAT) with repository access. Polsh AI will securely connect to your repo and update your CSS file directly. Your PAT is stored locally in your browser and is never saved to our servers.
Do exported styles work on any site?
Yes. The exported CSS consists of framework-agnostic override styles. You can simply link the CSS file in your site's header, and it will apply the polished design across your pages.
How does the Design Score work?
Our system analyzes your site's HTML structure and CSS against professional design principles. It scores your site out of 100 based on Color, Typography, Hierarchy, and Distinctiveness. The AI co-pilot will then suggest specific 'quick wins' to improve your score.
